End to End Realty Ltd. was founded in 2023. We are a local non-board member brokerage that holds licenses tailored for inactive agents seeking to maintain their registration with RECO. With no board fees, OREA or CREA dues, and no desk fees, you can still benefit from referrals. We stand out as the exclusive brokerage providing this option in Wellington County and surrounding area. Robb Atkinson serves as the Broker of Record.
Welcome to End to End
First, a RECO Employee Transfer/Termination form must be filled out and submitted to the brokerage you are departing from, with a copy also given to End to End.
To transfer to End to End, you must complete a RECO Employee Transfer/Termination form and submit it to our administrator for processing. Additionally, include a $25.00 transfer fee payable to RECO.
Upon enrollment with End to End Realty Inc., the Independent Sales Representative commits to submitting the annual administration fee of $295.00 + HST (subject to change without notice).
1. Registration
All commissions earned by the Independent Sales Representative are subject to a fee of $299 per transaction.
A trade record sheet will be produced and e-mailed or faxed to you when closing funds have been received. Please note that all closings will only be processed once a signed trade record sheet has been returned by email or fax to PHONE NUMBER
2. Commissions
There is no monthly corporate fees or MLS affiliation required.The registered must still keep up continuing education courses with RECO, Errors and Omissions Insurance and active registration with RECO.
